We need to develop a program, probably based on Access, that will allow us to manage data from AED owners, including but not limited to; name, location, serial numbers, contact info, etc. We need to be able to sort this data by many different criteria. The customers will need to have a web portal where they can enter their data weekly and monthly and log into a password protected page that is individual to them and see their data. We need to be able to send emails from the data base. Also, need to be able to scan and attach document files to the individual client webpage so they can see them when they log in. I have more details on this project for the right person. Our budget is VERY limited so it needs to be someone who can work quickly and efficiently.
