We are looking for a personal assistant to help us with day to day tasks running our online magazine/community. This initial job will be the interview for what we hope is a long mutually beneficial relationship.
We have a list of 10 locations for a top 10 article.
For each location we need your to provide the following:
1)A brief description 1-2 paragraphs for the location
2)List the availability of kayak/canoe launches in that area
3)List the species of fish 4-5 regularly caught at the location
4)List your primary source for the information ie address phone number.
To apply for this job and possible permanent position you must have the following skills.
Fluent in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and Google Documents
Must have access to a Google account to use Google Hangout for meetings
Must have great attention to detail
Be personable and timely
Proficient in writing and communicating
Primary duties as a Personal Assistant if hired permanently:
Customer support responses via email
Sales and Advertising
