We are looking for someone to do some business development for our staffing agency. Skills are below
1. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals.
2. Perform 50 - 100 cold calls & or emails a day by going on job boards and contacting hiring managers inquiring about open positions that we can help recruit
3. Must be organized and very strategic.
1. 2+ years of staffing and / or outside service sales experience
2. Solid prospecting and account development abilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
