Customer service assistant who is willing and must have:
- related customer service work experience
- high speed internet connection (with backup)
- can take outbound and inbound calls
- willing to work on flexible hours including very early mornings during weekdays and long hours during weekends
- comfortable in using computer applications
- committed and reliable
- willing to work even during weekends
- ability to compose own customer service email responses
- really care about the customers who are calling in
- able to take direct criticism to improve their skills
