1. Customer support chat (need training in onboarding process)
2. Emails will need to understand how we handle emails and
3. Learn, operate, and improve ticketing system via zendesk
4. WIll be assigned and handling follow ups on
a. unpaid bills
b. hot/warm/cold leads
c. customer complaints and issues
5. Work with a team of up to 10 people remotely between several organizations.
6. Keyword research
7. Audits of existing campaigns
8. Preparation of proposals
9. Onboarding and interaction with content
