New online company needs a programmer
Tasks will be broken into 2 categories. 1st will be ongoing maintenance. This will include keeping the membership subdomain clean, testing all sales buttons and pages to make sure they have not broken, monitoring updates of Digital Access Pass and plugins, optimizing new pages for speed, reporting on new Digital Access Pass features, making sure shopping cart page is working, making sure SSL is updated, updating artwork or graphics as needed, and monitoring split tests.
The 2nd task will be to address weekly tech issues that members have. These will be fixing login issues or conflicts. All weekly tech issues will be logged into our Zendesk support portal. You will get email notifications daily which you will address.
You will also attend a Monday Skype session with the other programmers and discuss ways to optimize our systems. You will also be logged into Skype at all times you're working on our tasks so we can type if needed.
