I've been unable to understand the online tutorials to merge 2 different xlsx files into one. One file has about 270 rows of 3 columns, the other has about 35 rows of 10 columns. One column has the same name - Part Number - in both files. The 270 items in the first file should all be in the second file (with roughly 80 "left over"). The resulting file will have the info for part number 123-456 from both files on one row.

You should be available to train me remotely on my computer (I have GoToAssist, so can get you on my computer) between 9-4 MT any day of the week for the half hour or so this should take to show me & for me to make notes. I want to understand how to do this myself in the future.
