Experienced telephone professionals needed immediately
Call centers can apply as we want to start with 2-4 agents and grow to 50+.
We want to hire Business Coaches that are willing to make a GREAT income.
You, as a Business Coach, need to be intelligent, friendly, engaging and be able to carry on a conversation with prospects.
Our Business Coaches make calls 5 days a week between the hours of 10am - 4pm EST Monday thru Friday. Our Business Coaches will be calling on small businesses to set appointments for training and certification in CPR & First Aid.

Day 1 to Day 14: Learning Stage
As you are in the Learning Stage, we will be paying you a base of $2.50 per hour PLUS 2.5% commission on all sales.
Day 15 to day 30: Developing Stage
As you are in the Developing Stage, we will be paying you a base of $2.00 per hour PLUS 5% commission on all sales.
Day 31+: Growing Stage
Once you are in the Growing Stage, we will be paying you as a Business Coach.
Business Coach's earn 10% commissions on ALL sales.
Once that Business Coach reaches 15US thousand in company volume (which should be no more than 2 or 3 months) they become an Executive Business Coach.
Executive Business Coaches earn commissions of 15%.
Once the Executive Business Coach reaches 50US thousand in company volume they will then become a Sr. Executive Business Coach.
Sr. Executive Business Coach is now making 20% commissions on all sales.
Not only do you earn 20% commission on all appointments as a Sr. Executive Business Coach but you also can become a Business Coach Developer.
As a Business Coach Developer, you are responsible for the training of the new Business Coaches. While making your own commission on your own appointments you will also earn 5% on the new Business Business Coaches as they are in the Learning Stage and the Developing Stage.
You are responsible for oDesk fees.
We will provide more detailed information about this specific project to qualified contractors during the interview process.
