I spend too much money.
What I need is to understand _where_ I spend that money.
I need: look through my credit card and checking account statements over the past year and categorize my spending so that I can understand where I am spending the most money and can thus focus efforts to spend less. This does _not_ need to be "pretty," "polished," or presentable to a business--it is for personal use only and I expect the deliverable to include a simple excel document with a few columns.
This will require access to my personal finances and I expect a contractor to be able to provide an NDA or an organization to share with me its policies on information privacy control before I hire.
Some of my expenses are complicated--I spend a fair amount of money on business expenses and thus having those broken out will help. I will need to provide you more details before we get started.
