I have a problem with some software running on my server due to a permission can anyone help with the message below?
Following our conversation the file permissions are not updating correctly on your data which is why the backup process cannot run.
We have tried updating these via windows explorer to no avail and also using the cmd prompt however this hasn't been successful as the prompt we are using here is not working on your server.
The prompt being run is attrib –r –h –s "C:\Wise Software\Live Data\Data\*.*" /S /D
Unfortunately as this isn't an OrderWise issue but that of permission we cannot provide further assistance on this and you will need to ask your IT professional to look into it.
