The Inside Sales B2B Professional accepts inbound and initiates outbound communication to prospective clients to sell new business opportunities. They will provide a selling approach to educate these contacts, timely follow-up, assistance, and close the sale. The main objective is to follow up on inbound potential leads and cold call/email to close sales with prospects. We sell advertising, sponsored posts, and promotions that we achieve through our large network of social media marketing.
Communicates with potential inbound business on a daily basis via telephone and/or email to provide assistance and to support the closure of revenue opportunities.
Initiates communication to potential clients on a daily basis via telephone and/or email to provide assistance and to support the closure of revenue opportunities.
Keeps detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in our sale software database.
Schedules follow up communication as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Inside Sales / Cold Calling (Emailing).
Familiarity PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sales Software.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, well-organized, self-disciplined, highly motivated, self-starter, high integrity.
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. We may also ask to see previous W-2′s or 1099′s.
Ability to effectively generate sales through cold calling (emailing) and inside sales initiatives.
Strong verbal and written communication, selling, time management and organization skills are required.
Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
