Aredi is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and detail-oriented marketing automation specialist to manage the operation of its Eloqua database. Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of CRM integration programs and web forms, proactive monitoring and improvement of data synchs, field maintenance and data hygiene programs, collaborative development of lead nurturing programs, and user administration.

-Deep experience with marketing automation software tools - especially Eloqua and Salesforce
-Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
-Excellent problem solving skills and a proclivity for proactive, self-initiated problem solving

-Good work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team
10 - 20 hours a week for an on-going position. At least three hours per week must be worked in the Central time zone in order to conference with the marketing operations manager and other key stakeholders (schedule TBD between the hiring manager and candidate).
Test will be required to qualify for long term work. This is a paid test. The candidate will perform a sampling of administrative functions in Eloqua (marketing automation software):
