This is my website: www.oohbelly.com
I paid someone to make it in HTML. The guy did a good job, and I wanted to have a continued working relationship with him so I could make updates and changes on a regular basis. After I paid him, he completely disappeared and left me hanging. So then I hired another guy, to add PHP components and convert the site to PHP with an admin panel so that I could update/edit/manage on my own. I paid him a deposit and then he said that I was paying him too little, AFTER I hired him, and he refunded me. So then, I hired someone else and made it very clear I need it started IMMEDIATELY and here I am 5 days later and he is now telling me he doesn't have time. SO, my first requirements are:
If you apply to this position, know that I need you to start working ASAP, not 5 days from now. I need you to be able to communicate with me and be honest about your abilities. If you can't do the work for the amount of money I have, then DO NOT APPLY. There is no negotiation. If I had more money in the bank, I would pay you more, but I don't.
This is what I need:
I need the whole site converted to PHP, so I can manage myself or a contractor who is available and willing to add/update a couple times a month, so I don't need PHP.
1. I need a blog feed on my homepage connected to my wordpress blog. (http://oohbelly.wordpress.com/) that updates every time I add a post to the blog.
2. I need someone to create the employee section of the webpage. I have already created an example on www.wix.com so I could easily show someone exactly what I'm looking for. It involves 4 PAGES. When the employee logs in (the login bar is already installed on the website), they see a homepage (with the same header and footer of my main web page). The difference between the header on the main page and the header on this page is that the names of the tabs in the header change to "Messages", "Schedule" and "Professional Development". The main page will just have text.
The messages page should be a messaging center where I can communicate with employees (inbox, drafts, sent, trash), very simple, simple messages.
Then the Schedule page will be a calendar, like google calendar. When the employee adds an event, I can see it in the database and I can add events to each employees schedule from the database.
Then the professional development page is just text as well.
That is all I need.
Please know that I am not trying to be a cheap person. I am a 22 year old college student who has student loans to pay off. I understand I don't have a lot of money to offer you, but if you can work with me and make suggestions to make it an easier job worth the money, I am open to that. Thank you.
