Hi we need to design a PCB 4x4 for a 16 button keypad with USB plug designed and prototyped.  This will be used with a Linux 2.6 OS with an ARM9 chip. We have 3D drawings of the keypad to guide the dimensions the board and location of keys. We aren't sure if the guide pillar/metal dome or carbon pills is better for this application.

This is a waterproof outdoor keypad that needs to be rated to -20 degrees C.

If you can assist with this project, please reply with:

1. Do you recommend pillar/metal dome or carbon pills?  Why?
2. Timeframe to design PCB and earliest date you can start on design.
3. Cost for design, PCB files.
4. Can you prototype? If yes, cost for prototypes (number and price per unit).  Timeframe for prototype.

Please reply to all four questions.  IF YOU DO NOT REPLY TO EACH QUESTION, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POSTING.

Thanks.
