I run a small web design business based in Melbourne, Australia which is 100% cloud based & I'm looking for help to manage the workload within my business; answering emails, quoting & invoicing jobs, updating the CRM and collating website content & helping out with occasional jobs around the business.
I'm currently on top of the workload but we are running a promotional campaign in March 2013 & we expect to be really busy;
My questions for you are:
What hours do you work?
Can we communicate by Skype?
Are you happy to answer emails on our behalf & action them without supervision?
Have you ever used, google docs, Xero Accounting software & Capsule CRM?
I'm interested to talk to you in more detail if this sounds like something that interests you. I can imagine that the workload will be steady to start with but will get much busier around this campaign.
