We are seeking a long term hire who is dedicated and will care about the growth and of the company. This is only a couple of hours a week on the phone starting with warm leads - as soon as you show that you know the company inside out we will be expanding to give the opportunity for longer hours with cold calling.
virtual assistant: PLEASE NOTE: If you are both skilled as a phone assistant as well as a virtual assistant then this job will have more hours for you! I am also looking for someone that is skilled in wordpress, data entry, photoshop, mail chimp, back linking, Drupal (advanced) , content writing (with SEO knowledge e.g H-tags keyword strings etc)

You will be calling warm leads. The clients will be happy to hear from you! There are on average 10-20 warm leads to call a day. These are parents that have enquired about our kids parties online through the contacts form and you are there to be the helpful friendly person on the end of the phone giving them a quick call to help them. You must not disclose where you are from. A clear British, Australian or USA chirpy accent is needed only.
Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Must be able to think and be comfortable asking questions to help do job better. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator.

Any advice on how you can receive incoming calls to relieve the office from these calls is also useful for future fork with more hours.
