We are looking for photo-realistic rendering or image of our product (a central heating appliance) installed in an average looking US home. For details on the product please visit: http://www.greenwoodusa.com/frontier-series-indoor-wood-boiler.php. The model home should be one that would be found in a rural or small town setting for a middle class family. The rendering should be modestly furnished, colored/textured/lit appropriately. It should also have a small representation of the outdoors to establish setting. It might even be in a farm setting. Creative input is encouraged.
We are looking to visually communicate the function and purpose of the appliance (heating the entire home and providing all hot water). The details of this may be discussed prior to contract, however here are our initial thoughts:
• A 3D view of the house w/ a cut-out exposing the rooms in the home using heat – kitchen, bedroom, shower/bath, utility/basement.
• There are a number of appliances/applications we wish to show in these rooms - sinks, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, hot air furnace, heat delivery (hot air register, hot water baseboard (radiator), in-floor radiant), hot water heater, and potentially a hot tub (outside the house).
• We are looking for this rendering to be an illustration on our webpage (w/ mouse overs explanations) and with still image used for brochures.
Our product is modeled in Solidworks, but we are open to any package/format (e.g. AutoCAD, etc.) that provides a professional looking rendering.

As part of your response, please provide samples of comparable work and a quote for a single perspective and the addition of animation.
Additional details: We will be asking for source files upon completion. We are looking for a fixed price project, but are willing to explore an hourly rate with a maximum amount. We will begin work when we find a suitable candidate and we are looking to have the project completed in less than one month. If there are questions or clarifications needed, please email.
