We are seeking an experienced recruitment manager who can manage our hiring process on odesk.
Your role as the recruitment manager will be communicating with the operations manager on a regular basis and to have a deep understanding of general small business processes, be able to write up a job posting describing what we need and then be able to sort through the applicants. Applicants must have excellent communication skills in English and have current up to date knowledge of online advertising including pay per click advertising such as google and Facebook, SEO, web development and project management.
Examples of your experience would be beneficial.
While this is a fixed price project we are seeking someone who will become a team member on an ongoing basis.
