We are hiring immediately a programmer / expert in red 5 to fix an issue on our web conference  software.
the applicant my posses a proven track record about working with heavy load on red 5 streaming video, webcams and large users streaming from red 5

have done testing with 6 different computers with 6 webcams and microphones and find the following when we tested :
Zombie webcams
some webcams freezes
some cams not showing on other commuters
voice is lagging
desktop screen sharing uses red5 also very slow and delay
video stream and you tube freezes on some computers
We are going to deploy this software for a very large users base like universities and large enterprises so we need an expert on red5 to do the following:
1- Adjust red5 to support and stabilize large amount of webcam 2 way feed
2-Support large amount of video stream and you tube share
3- Enhance the speed for desktop screen sharing in real time with large numbers of users
4-Enhance voice out put to support large amount of users

We need  to insure that  you are  going to do that, so Here is the codes for al the components for red5, webcam, desktop and voice screen sharing

please study the codes and let us know if you can do that and quick fix this issues based on a very short time (state the time frame that required )
