Hello,

I am looking for someone to scrape data from this website:
http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/grad/solcalc/

I will provide a list of latitudes and longitudes (to be entered into the Lat and Lng boxes under the map). For each latitude-longitude pair, I need you to cycle through all dates from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2010, and scrape the resulting times from the "Apparent sunrise" and "Apparent sunset" fields.

For example, entering:
Lat = 43.833
Lng = -98.583
Day = 4
Mon = Jan
Yr = 2011

Returns:
Apparent sunrise = 8:09
Apparent sunset = 17:10

(You can ignore the other fields.)

Then, save the results in a CSV file, with the following columns:
latitude
longitude
day
month
year
sunrise
sunset

Please let me know how you would approach this, how long you expect it to take, and what your bid is.  Thank you.
