I need someone to work in oDesk to:
1. put up job postings that I create
2. Hire people according to rules I give you
3. Send messages to hires and get them set up in my system.
I will pay 25 cents for each person brought through the system.
This job involves sending a template message once a person is hired and then adding them in a Skpe account. Then you send them one more template message which includes the job instructions and a short test for them to complete. Once they get started on their job you are done and I will take it from there. 5-10 mins of work per person max.
This is a long term job (1year +). You will also have the opportunity for more management tasks once you prove your abilities.
