I have attached a PDF with 42 recipes. Each recipe has the ingredients and a picture. I need this pdf split so that there all recipes have their own jQuery mobile page. All images must have the same HEIGHT size!

The text formatting needs to be for HTML5 and jQuery mobile compatible. It will be using jQuery mobile for transitions and all pages will be in one file. Each individual 'page' will consist of one of the recipes and that image.

For example - the first item is the Trio Dip. It needs to be web ready HTML and image.

Something like this:

<!-- Start of first page -->
<div data-role="page" id="1">

<div data-role="header">
<h1>Trio Dip</h1>
</div><!-- /header -->

<div data-role="content">
          <div id="amounts >
            <ul>
              <li>6 oz 3/2 oz ladles</li>
              <li>5 oz 3/2 oz scoops</li>
              <li>6 oz 3/2 oz ladles</li>
              <li>5 oz</li>
            </ul>
          </div>
          <div id="ingredients">
            <ul>
              <li>queso</li>
              <li>guacamole</li>
              <li>salsa</li>
              <li>tortilla chips</li>
            </ul>
          </div>
          <div id="photo"><img src="TrioDip.jpg">

<div data-role="footer">
<h4>Page Footer</h4>
</div><!-- /footer -->
</div><!-- /page -->

<!-- Start of second page -->
<div data-role="page" id="2">

<div data-role="header">
<h1>Grilled Chicken Skewers</h1>
</div><!-- /header -->

etc....

Should be an easy copy/paste project for a jQuery mobile expert
