We are looking to hire an experienced VoIP Consultant that has proficiency with Trixbox, more specifically the callback feature in Trixbox. The job entails:
1. creating a callback that matches the incoming caller id
2. callback then calls back from another specified did in our system
This should not be difficult but you must have experience with this feature in TRIXBOX, not a similar platform. Please DO NOT appy if you can't do the aforementioned job.
This position will turn into a long-term engagement involving call center setup and system maintenance/upkeep so the applicant should have experience implementing a call center, but it is not required. We are looking to make a hiring decision ASAP.
