My name is Dave Cross and I run SmallPetFeeders.com, which is a Live Insect Online Marketplace for pet owners, fishermen, and organic farmers who need a variety of insects for a variety of different reasons. We are a very small business, having just completed our first year of business. Being a startup business originally funded by excess funds each week from my former higher pay rate daily job and now almost exclusively running off of company generated income, SPF is extremely limited in the funds available to accomplish this and other tasks, and is looking for contractors interested in a long term arrangement. We have several jobs for the right per hour bid.
For this long term position, the following is needed:
1. Can type fluent English without grammar errors.
2. You must first check the Backoffice for any customer contact in the system. Reply to any customer messages there. (see attached picture)
3. Check the Tech Support email via the Webmail application on the website every 24 hours and reply to client emails. (tech@)
4. Analyze the errors the customers are experiencing, and make sure those errors are either corrected on our end or fixed on their end.
This position will require someone who is experienced with customer service etiquette, as well as someone who is technologically inclined, and knows the causes of many runtime errors with PHP, Jquery, mysql, ajax, and other languages included in Prestashop 1.5.1. If you can't answer all questions, please don't apply. The ability to fix the errors is a big plus, but not a requirement.
Please send your bid on doing this for us on a continual basis. Obviously less than an hour will be needed from your time each day (far less usually), so this should be bid as such.
