We are looking for someone to work long term with our company as a customer support agent for both technical and general questions regarding creating, submitting, and general questions for our mobile app builder.
This will be through support tickets on Zendesk with no phone calls involved or video conferencing. However, we need to find a true rockstar!
We have extensive resources you can use to aid you with the customer support, but also expect you to have a good grasp of the platform and how it works. It's a simple, strait forward mobile app building platform that anyone can use.
We expect to have a decent volume of tickets but the first few weeks will be very low key with you learning the platform. You will also be creating apps for the program as well! =)
Excellent written English is a must along with attention to detail and strong work ethic.
