Our company is a fast growing start up based in Southern California doing direct marketing to targeted customer in the real estate industry. We have a SaaS solution for managing portfolios of lease and other documents and a deal room for managing transactions.
You will be working directly with the CEO initially and then supporting the sales team as we expand.
We are using Zoho CRM to track the sales process. I need a person to support my direct sales activities. Specific work includes the following functions: (i) configure Zoho with correct attributes, (ii) configure Zoho for appropriate pipeline reports, (iii) integreate Outlook emails and contact information with Zoho, (iv) input data into Zoho, (v) set up automated emails from Zoho, (vi) prepare email templates, (vii) online research to complete Zoho database with information about individuals and thier companies, (vii) schedule appointments and Go To Meeting presentations.
Based on job performance, could expand into a long term relationship and increasing responsibility as an outsouced member of our dynamic team.
In addition, desire customer support skills to handle cusotmer calls in American English with attorneys, executives and consultants.
Some experience with real estate, legal, financial or US business would be helpful.
