Looking for a highly efficient and responsive personal assistant to do the following:
- Schedule appointments and update Google calendar
- Maintain a listing of business and personal contacts
- Internet research tasks (finding the best prices for certain products & services, etc.)
- Other data entry and word processing tasks as needed
- Maintaining social media presence (linkedin, facebook, twitter)
The ideal candidate has impeccable written and spoken English, a quiet environment to make and receive phone calls in the US from a clear phone line, remarkable attention to detail, reliable internet access, and a desire to go above and beyond to accomplish tasks ahead of schedule and accurately. This is a potential long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be paid weekly upon completion of assigned tasks. This is to provide an incentive to complete work efficiently and accurately. If you finish in less time, you still get paid the agreed upon rate for completing the tasks (for this reason we are not using the oDesk time log for this contract).
If you are not available during regular business hours Eastern Standard Time in the United States do not apply.
Please note the workload (number of tasks) will fluctuate from week to week.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus, but not required.
MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY; no delays, no excuses or the contract will be cancelled.
