We are a small business looking to start using Xero as an accounting software. We require someone to set up Xero with the proper accounts and begin entering in the past transactions for 2012. Also, moving forward, to keep all records up to date.
For 2012, there are excel spreadsheets detailing the transactions (credit card, bank, paypal, etc.) that can be entered into Xero in order to get everything up to date. Once everything has been entered, the job would become weekly (or bi-weekly) maintenance in order to keep everything entered correctly. The number of transactions currently is approx. 20 transactions/month but would be expected to increase with business growth.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience using Xero and familiarity with dropbox, Microsoft Excel and be proficient in English. Canadian bookkeeping experience is also a must have.
