Looking for an English speaking, quick thinker who can help optimize and organize our Zoho CRM solution for our Mobile Notary Signing Service.
I am trying to establish the modules and set up trouble tickets as well as auto e-mails being sent out to the assigned contractor for the trouble ticket. Requires Knowledge needed to setup user profiles, roles and permissions for different level support staff. I need someone who can assist with management of our data already in CRM as well as create a link between Zoho and Freshbooks? Basic loan document and US mortgage terminology helpful. Can-do attitude is imperative! Open to feedback. Basic training needed after building system.
