I am from London and speak with a London accent, so anyone who can understand the accent.
You will also need to understand basic terminology of property rental market or building.
For example we would describe a room, its cleanliness, its condition and sometimes its furniture.
Priority to Inventory typists - UK based, but anyone, who can grasp it.
