Scope of work.
Conversion of qty 51 supplied AutoCAD dwg format P&ID drawings to Intergraph Smart P&ID (SPPID) format for submission and approval to external customer
SPPID version 2009(06.00.02.0060) service pack 2 shall be utilized in production of SPPID
Preparation of SPPID will be in accordance with prescribed settings, inclusive of line weights and font sizes. A data dictionary template and reference data folder shall be provided to assist in SPPID conversion.
SPPID drawing size shall be ISO A1 (594x841mm).
Drawing template file shall be provided.
All text styles shall be Intergraph ISO.
Line Breaks shall adhere to the following conventions;
Primary line breaks vertically across other primary lines
Secondary lines always break across primary lines, both horizontally and vertically
Process Flow Arrows;
Arrows shall be used to show direction of flow on process and utility lines including any instrument lines
All primary and secondary lines shall show flow arrows at;
Line intersections or whenever lines tap out
This information is currently depicted on AutoCAD drawings but should any information in relation to process flows be omitted the onus to request clarification is placed on the SPPID converter.
Pipe run numbering shall be in accordance with the numbering format present on the provided AutoCAD drawings.

It should be expected that initial review by external customer will result in some amendments to provided SPPID files.
Project specifications in relation to SPPID will be provided to shortlisted tenderers in order to finalise tender
