I am a Sales and Marketing manager for an Australian based building company and require a VA that can assist in a range of tasks such as email, word document drafting, pricing tasks, excel data collection and online research.
Initially I will need a bit more time with you to develop a good scope of tasks but afterwards it will be limited to a few hours a day to work autonomously and deliver results unassisted.
I am time poor but very patient and willing to train and work with someone who is willing to learn and adapt as my work changes.
A general knowledge of Australian building industry terms and concepts will make the ideal candidate stand out from the pack but not critical. Other items that will make you stand out will be knowledge on:
- Design (building design)
- Research ability
- Attention to detail
