I own a housekeeping service and I am looking for someone to answer the customer calls and book appointments for cleaning appointments. The responsibilities would include answering calls in a polite manner, explaining our services, and scheduling the customers according to what spaces our maids have available on their calendars. If this works out well then I would also be interested in adding some light book keeping and data entry responsibilities as well.
