Details

I am looking for an experienced assistant to do the following:

- Check emails and process orders
- Liaise with customers and update order status
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure stock levels and shipping time frames are met
- monitoring any complaints coming from customers
- monitor and approve ratings and reviews for products
- daily reports  on products sold, products reviewed and order status to be emailed to me
- other PA jobs will be needed, research, contractor liaison I will also require adhoc jobs posting on odesk for fulfillment of one off tasks.

I am looking for a long term contractor that will become part of the team. I will be needing 1-2 hours per day moving to 3 hours per day.


Experience of selling, managing product on Amazon advantageous as is Speaking Chinese fluently.
