Need Virtual Assistant for small legal services office. This is the first time that the office has attempted to hire a virtual assistant. We are looking for a person initially about 20 hours per week, but if working with a VA is successful, the hours may expand. The right individual might have a long duration of employment.
Duties may include:
Developing a Social Media presence for the business.
Conducting occasional ebay sales.
Expense and Income tracking in MS Excel.
Remote mailing (using services like click2send)
Learning to use a legal case-management system.
If the applicant is skilled enough, we may have them learn some legal technology applications.
It would be a bonus, if this person were part of a team that could make the firm's website more exciting.
1. Be available for 4-5 hours per day during the U.S. Mountain Time Zone.
2. Be available at all times during working hours via skype and Instant Message (U.S. Phone number preferred)
3. Have excellent English verbal skills.
4. MS Office.
