I am looking for a talented engineer to make a very simple ardunio solution:
Create an ardunio solution that can be used to turn an outlet on or off based on a pre-determined time period, depending on the state:
State 1 - Unit is first plugged in / turned on, the unit allows the outlet to deliver power. Goes to State 2.
State 2 - After X amount of time (customizable - 1 hour or 4 hours or 2 weeks), the outlet shuts off. Goes to State 3.
State 3 - The unit stays shut off for a Y amount of time (customizable - 1 hour or 4 hours or 2 weeks), the outlet turns back on. Goes back to State 2.
The deliverable will be as follows:
a) Model of ardunio board that will be used with the solution
b) Software that needs to be loaded to the arduino
c) Method to interact with the outlet.
d) Proof of concept video showing the solution works
