I am currently recruiting for either a person or a team to work for my construction estimating business. The role involves the following skills:
1. Generating Bill of Quantities BOQ's from electronic construction documentation
2. Project budget estimates
3. Documentation take-offs
4. Emailing out packages to subcontractors (list provided) for quotations, chasing up quotation (via email), reviewing quotations against BOQs and producing a package estimate with trade coverage measured against BOQ and risk, Low risk quotations with 100% labour coverage
5. Tender programmes in MS-Project using electronic construction documentation
As I mentioned I hope to create an on going relationship with the success applicant/s.
