Provide customers with level one technical support. Support includes assistance with setting up computers, printers, basic networking, Windows, and other hardware devices. Support representative will also need to be able to answer questions on the functioning of our proprietary software and be able to give support and training on said software. English AND Spanish is a MUST. We will provide full training and you will have a dedicated training representative to assist you at all times. You must have access to broadband internet and have the ability to fulfill the work in a quiet environment (you will be on the phone most of the time).
