Mobile software development start-up is seeking an experienced hybrid mobile developer(Apache Cordova/PhoneGap) for a simple multiplayer game.
Required experience, kineticJS, knockout.js and jQuery, Node.js is a huge plus(If you know better framework, feel free to suggest it).
So far here is what our developers did quickly https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/166755636/worstchallenge/index.html
Please answer to below questions from our developer in order to proceed further.
1. Do you know the correct way to implement Facebook connect in a way that it will work both on a web app and PhoneGap generated mobile app. Or we should detect platform and embed web based and mobile based Facebook connect code depending on what the client is. I will appreciate if you will give us a link to a good article which explains how to deal with that.
2. Another question are images. We assume that if mobile phone has 1024 x 768 resolution that means that two 500 x 500 pixel sized images should be showing normally one after another in a row. But we can see only part of the first image on the screen, looks like it auto scale images depending on screen density, ppi or something like that. What is the normal way to prepare images for PhoneGap. Should we set some flags before compiling, or should we use some formula to prepare images of the given size to show correctly on the PhoneGap generated mobile app.
Thank you very much,
