I run a small tutoring service so the most important thing is communication with the clients (parents). I currently have 2 staff on Odesk, but they are not working full time.
I need help to manage communication with all staff and all clients. You will be able to direct my 2 staff on Odesk and tell them what needs to be done.
You will need to call me everyday (including weekend) for 30min to report what's going on. Also you will need to call me in case of emergency.
