We need some changes made to our website and back end functionality.
Please look at www.rainemann.com and an example subdomain is www.imperial.rainemann.com
The admin part of our website generates subdomains for businesses that need booking forms on their existing websites. The businesses can use the subdomain as their primary website if they choose.
Other than the tasks listed for this job, there will be constant jobs with each sale we make.
Our employee needs to be able to add links to existing websites in all programming languages. FTP information is taken by RaineMann upon a sale and we will pass on to our employee.
RaineMann hosts all subdomains however we would also like to be able to add the subdomain as standalone code to an existing website so it is hosted by the business.
We also redirect mobile device users to the subdomain as it is built for mobile use. You need to know how to do this for future sales.
1. The website link on a subdomain needs to redirect to main website. Due to the diversion of mobile users to the subdomain, when you click the link it directs back to the subdomain. We need it to go to the main website for mobile users. You can see this with www.dogsplay.rainemann.com The business owner has diverted it to a facebook page so as to get around the problem.
2. In the admin section www.rainemann.com/admin (I will give access on hiring) we need the ability to change the order of how business services, more information, business hours etc. are listed on the subdomain and within the booking form. Currently they are added manually by administrator or business owner and then displayed alphabetically. We would like the order of all sections to be editable on the admin and business owners back end. You can view a business back end by clicking Log In on www.rainemann.com homepage. Username: imperial Password: imperial
3. The email auto-responders include an ical attachment when a customers fill out a booking form. If the business owner uses a mac computer the ical event is not editable as it will only allow event organiser to do so. We don't have permission issues for PC users.
