Design tables, forms and reports based on MS Access to manage a small number of projects (up to 100). Data will be updated annually. Approximately 10 tables will be needed to collect all the information: i) General description of the project; ii) team members; iii) disbursements; iv) targets and performance indicators; v) budget.
Developers need to have experience with MS Access; understand project monitoring; and facilitate changes to reports based on the database.
Projects usually have 25 disbursements during their life. Around 5 per year.
Because data will be updated annually, it is important to keep records of the original design to be able to compare with actual progress an current plans. Attached is a view of how the principal report should look in year 3. In year 1, rows A, P-14 (plan of the previous year), and P-15 (plan of the current year), will not be available.
