A file called "Angle to draw" is the the angle I want the drawing to look like. "Angle to draw" may not show the entire house due to physical limitation. However, final drawing should show the entire house.
You may print out the photo and trace the photo with pencil to get an accurate prospective.
PROSPECTIVE: lines should follow basic prospective drawing principles - parallel lines should all converge to one or two vanishing points.
SUBJECT: the entire house. The house needs to stand out from the plants, sky or whatever background.
LANDSCAPING: All front landscaping, if trees are blocking front door, omit the trees. Young plants can be drawn a little bigger.
WEATHER: clear very light blue sky.
SUN ANGLE: Regardless the sun angle of the house, render it so that the sun lights up the front face of the house with a slight angle (around 15-degree or so). Do
NEIGHBORS: Neighbor's walls should be faded and shows only a little.
MOOD: Your render is for selling the house. You have to make it look welcoming and happy.
HIDE: Omit undesirable features such as trash containers, shadow, overhead wires, dead plants, people, cars.
HIDE: Plants if blocking the main building's main features
MARGIN: 1 inch solid white. and another 1 inch of gradual water color transition (cloud-like).
TIME FRAME AFTER CONTRACT STARTS:
Day 1: pencil draft should be ready for review.
Day 2: water color should be ready for review.
Day 3: final polished product.
You may trace the Final Angle picture to give yourself the correct prospective.
