We require an experienced virtual assistant to work with our E-commerce company. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a previous role as a virtual assistant (references will be required).
The role will include answering customer emails, data entry (Excel), Keyword research, web research, Amazon listing creation, eBay listing creation, order management tasks. Our company is an E-Commerce company based in Ireland which sells mobile accessories and Bluetooth products under our own brand.

1. Excellent written and email skills (Customer Support) - Fluent English and email etiquette essential.
2. Experience with an order management system.
3. Experience with data entry (Excel and Open Office).

8. Web research and problem solving.
9. Experience with Magento (Beneficial)
10. Experience with Wordpress (Beneficial)
You will be required to install the order management system on your computer so a good internet connection is required. A technical experience with electronics and mobile devices is very beneficial to the role. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think for themselves, is innovative, creative and takes pride in their work.
You will be working under, and reporting directly to the managing director of the company so you must be available to take Skype calls and emails from him.
The position will initially be on a part time basis based on performance with the potential of a full time (approx 160 hours per month) position been offered.
You must be available to work between the hours of 1pm GMT to 10pm GMT. Saturday and Sunday work will be required.

A starting rate of $4-$5 will apply with the potential for increase in wage based on performance, targets, efficiency of service, feedback from other staff members and customers.
Training will be given in the order management software and any other software packages required for undertaking this position.
