I need a flexible printed circuit with a few components soldered on as a demonstration of size and flexibility.  It does not need to function.

The circuit will NOT be required to be functional, but all components must be soldered together.   The goal is simply to illustrate size and flexibility in a presentation.  

Components should include:
- A flexible printed circuit base similar to : http://www.circuitboards1.com/flexible-circuit-board/
- http://www.powerstream.com/thin-lithium-ion.htm (recommend simulating this using foil)
- A low-cost DSP in a 5mmx5mm QFN package.
- A low-cost flash memory chip in the same package.
- A low-cost microcontroller chip in the same or similar package
- Bluetooth controller in QFN package
- 5 resistors from: http://www.learnabout-electronics.org/resistors_07.php

The battery need not be mounted on the circuit board -- it can be connected to one end. However the overall dimensions (see below) include the battery.

Maximum dimensions of finished product (excluding the leads) must be no larger than 45mm x 6mm x 2mm, so you must be very good at miniature soldering (if you are doing this by hand) -- no dry joints, bubbling or residual flux, etc.

The layout of the circuit is unimportant, but must have the "look" of a realistic circuit.

All soldering must be clean and professional.

There must be four shielded two-core leads 100mm long with no more than 1mm lead diameter, with both leads and the shielding soldered to the circuit board on each.

The assembled circuit will be sufficiently flexible that the center can deflect 10mm from the ends in the flat dimension.  (

In your application, please list which chips you would use and why as well as what gauge of lead.  If possible, include a photo of similar work you have done soldering this type of chip.

This is also a test project for sourcing someone who will handle our circuit assembly in the future, so bear that in mind when bidding: cost will be the major consideration, assuming you can do the work.

Include the cost of mailing the finished product to the US in a suitably tracked package -- we will not release payment until we have it.    

Before sending, we will want to see several close-up photographs from various angles to approve it; then we will provide the mailing address.
