THE JOB IS…
The successful applicant will report to a Project Manager and assist in:
• Construction management involving procuring, scheduling, and subcontracting projects.
• Estimating and preparing construction tenders.
• Communicating and negotiating with subcontractors, clients, architects & other stakeholders.
