We’re looking for an Technical Recruiter who has experience recruiting top technical talent. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting effort for positions in Engineering and IT.
Manage the sourcing process for candidates
Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract Candidates
Build a healthy pipeline of qualified Engineering/IT candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner
Support the recruiting function including: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, and reserving conference rooms.
Provide a stellar candidate experience to all candidates
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System.
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
Ability to target and engage passive candidates and build relationships
Ability to call candidates in the U.S
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Working knowledge of Applicant tracking technologies
High commissions will also be paid for every candidate placement you make.
