I have a posting which should be easy for someone experienced in this area. I need to create a "process flow" or system for my customer service and build a team around this.
Basically we need to create a document that can be handed to anyone and they should be able to train themselves easily how to manage the customer service and support of my business.
If you have experience doing this I would really like to hear from you. I'm not actually asking you to by my customer service manager (although that might happen) but to actually help me set up this system for my business.
