I am looking for someone to help track on-sale announcements from a vendor on Twitter and purchase products with limited availability for me on their website after the announcements are made. This task will be recurring at random intervals, but approximately once per week or 4 times a month.
The process is as follows:
- I will notify the contractor the day before the product is available for purchase. Contractor will note this and be prepared to follow the vendor's Twitter feed the next day.
- Vendor posts on the day of sale when the item is available for purchase (it is typically a random time between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST).
- Contractor will immediately go to the vendor's website and purchase one unit of each limited item available for sale and use my payment and shipping information to have the product(s) sent to me. This part is the most important as product usually sells out within minutes of the Twitter announcement--speed is crucial to completion of this step.
You must have a command of written and spoken English and familiarity using Twitter and e-commerce sites. You must be available during the times given due to the time-sensitive nature of the task.
For each successful transaction, I will pay $16.00 per item purchased (ex: if a transaction has two items I requested to be purchased, the contractor would receive $32). If the announcement of the product falls outside of the time window (10 AM - 12 PM), I will pay $20.00 per item.
After successful completion of 25 transactions, I will increase the per item rate to $20 / $25. Task should not require more than 2 hours of time including monitoring and purchasing. Bonus of $200 will be available for every 50 successful transactions.
Please note that payment can only be made for a successful transaction--further details will be provided upon acceptance of the job.
