Ok, I don't know where to begin, so I'm going to be as detailed as possible.  PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT.

Before applying to this job, you must be proficient in communicating English . You must posses skills in php, mysql, web design, css, html, ajax, javascript .

If you meet these requirements... keep reading.

You must be creative and able to develop the outer look as well as the inner workings of the site.  Knowledge of photoshop, adobe illustrator, or other graphics programs desirable.

Still here?  Awesome, then keep reading...

I need a site created that will be similar to freelancer, but only college and university level students will be signing up in order to help other students with homework.

We'll be calling it the Homework Exchange.  Basically, a student can either post his homework to get other users to help him with it or he can search through the posts that have been made to see if there's a homework he can do for someone else.

Let's say, for example, that you are a student at the University of San Diego and you have a term paper due in one week.  You have too many things to do and won't be able to complete it, so you log into homework exchange, post the homework you need done and within a few hours, you've got several bids from other students at other colleges or universities.

You choose who you want to do it for you, when that person finishes your homework and submits it to you, then you pay him/her for the help.

The next day, you need to make a little money, so you log into homework exchange and start searching through the posted assignments that other students are needing help on.  You place a few bids for a few of the assignments other students have placed and soon you're hired and doing someone else's homework.

There's a few things in place here...

YOU, as the programmer, need to be able to implement a rating system, feature suggestions, and you must be able to implement several different payment processors, like Paypal,, Moneybookers, and any other that we might decide to use.

We will be charging 10% as our fee same as 0dsk does to get the students together.

We already have a clear vision of how we want the site to look and function, and it will be YOUR job to make our vision come true.

For full details, you must go to the following site and watch the video there.

You must also be good at securing scripts and fixing any loopholes in script security that you might find.

We need this site made and delivered within 30 days of hiring you.  I know it's a big project, but we really need this thing fast.

We have a budget of between $2000 to $3000 to do this.  If you want more, don't bid please as your application will not be considered.

If we choose you, we also want to offer you a long term business relationship. You would be our full time web programmer and you'll be able to do updates and maintain the site as we grow.

All that we require if we choose you is the following.

Get started immediately with creating our vision.

We will pay you in Milestone Payments and not hourly.  Payments will be made as following... 25% when we approve the outer layout of the site.  25% when you've completed the inner pages (login page, member's area look, etc.). Another 25% when you've completed the backend programming and site has gone live.  The final 25% 20 days after the site is live.

If you require money before you even begin working on the front layout, then please don't apply for this as your application will NOT be considered.  We will only pay as we see specific requirements being completed.

So, if you can live with these terms and give us your best effort, we know you'll love working with us for years to come.  We treat our programmers good and you'll be able to see that if you look at our history here.

If you have read all these terms and you've already watched the video I posed above, make sure you let me know when you apply that you've seen the video and read all this and that you totally understand my requirements.

Also, please let me see some of the projects you've worked on before, so I can  see your skill level.  Also let me know when you feel you can have this project completed if I were to choose you.

Thanks again and I look forward to working with you.
